That stuff makes the days just fly by and nothing gets done and you're just getting a worse and worse position. It just covers up your issues instead of giving you the strength to just fix them. Also cryo isn't a 20 something who can just get lit every day he's 40 and at that age your body will get fucked up like chronically if you do not get a handle on binge drinking especially he needs to see a doctor every year
