>>8808333game changing mechanics, each essence has a major and minor effect. the slot in the center allows for you to use both effects and the other slots can only use minor effects which are mostly passive buffs. not only that, you can actually rank up those essences, my hunter currently has a rank 3 and i'll unlock rank 4 quest once my heart of azeroth neck gets higher level. the rank 1 only did about 50 damage, rank 2 100% and rank 3 gives it 2 charges. im sure those ranking effect are different per essence but i only have 1 essance that i bothered to actually quest and rank up so i wouldnt know how the other essence change when ranked up..
