>>22141324>>22141367i realized its shape is actually probably due to how my bowl i proofed in is wide and short so i'll try a more narrow bowl for proofing next time and that should hopefully fix that..it stuck to the tray and i lost some crust so i'll probably put it on parchment paper next time. biggest problem was my sheet tray is old and warped so it seems like the bowl wasn't able to seal the water in, will use a different tray next time, and my seam on the bread could have done nicer probably. i don't like posting images online but i can't blueball you so i'll make an exception eh. certainly not perfect but could be worse. thx for the ride, taste is very very good
