>>22102872I made the thread because I was reading a text written by a buddhist teacher who tried to prove the existence of rebirth by arguing against the materialistic view that mind is entirely located in the brain. There are some quantum physics theories that may explain the missing link between the brain and the immaterial consciousness. He likened the way different minds interact with each other to electrical impulses and claimed that if electricity can be created without a generator then so can mental energy be generated without a physical support. Also this part gives an interesting explanation for the evolution of human beings which makes a lot of sense compared to the accepted theories we used to know. Beings evolved due to their craving to survive and reproduce without a creator and the possibility of life being born out of the blue is nonsense.
