Tried to run upstairs..
Might've been leaping too far, and on one step, when I tried to lever my body with a knee on the height of my solar plexus, it kinda hurted a lot, like a sharp fast pain.
Now it happens from time to time when I overextend it a bit under similar conditions. Gotta watch out..!
Feels like training helps it quite a bit tho!
