>>16224463So I could see it getting worse. Social media hasn't even been around for 20 years and look what's happened to the world. But if it got worse quickly, I guess there's no reason it could also get better "quickly" too. Sure people are used to how it is now, but since a few tech companies are in control, they can force people to change if they decide it's best for them. They already do that now anyway. And even if it's not quick, it can still happen.
Maybe the more creative and innovative humans leave and go somewhere else and the ones on "Earth" are the retards that just want to be comfortable. It'd happen over time of course, so if you really want to create things then you'd leave the planet but if you wanted a cushy life you stay here, then eventually the planet is full of complacent babies and over thousands of years their intelligence will deteriorate. But then I guess there'd have to be a reason that you can't co back down to Earth if you leave, otherwise the creative people can come back down to procreate with the lazy people. Too lazy to write more right now, sorry. Maybe later, maybe not.
