Therapy in general doesn't seem to have any effect at all. Do you think your eating disorder might be a side product of some other issue? The only advice I can give, which probably is a meme one is to force a food plan. While I can kinda understand why people of many issues behave like they do with their brain as a cause, I have no idea about eating disorders at all. I can only wish you luck
