>>16285352in this case i think i'm more worried about her fading into the faceless blob of japanese poprock that i already listen to. there are a lot of songs that i like a lot but i couldn't put to a specific artist without looking them up because they sound so same-y, while even though i don't love every ano or l's song i can always identify them as the artist instantly. aida, koakuma code, and f wonderful world aren't even close to a unified style of sound for example, but they also stand out from most releases in one way or another
so i like the new song a lot, but the composition itself is is really generic. other than her funny voice it definitely feels like anyone could've made it
