Those people lives' got ruined for having sex. They lost their current jobs, they lost their reputation, it will be harder to get a job with dirty record and their relationship is also destroyed since they will be apart all those years + the woman will get out faster to have extra time to shag someone else. All of this for fucking in "the wrong place". What sort of society is this ? Criminals that commit murder get 2 years because they "were sorry" but having sex is worse.

If it wasn't enough, they're also getting prosecuted for breaking curfew and being outside at 2AM which might add 2000€ fine to the sentence.
