To be happy you must
1- Stop complaining
2- Stop criticizing
3- Stop feeling guilty over past mistakes
4- Manage your fears.
Having a life mission is important as well. All the bad things that we do to ourselves happen because of bs we do because we don't know what to do with our lives.
