If you think like a Chad and just go for it, you'll find your own way to your goal and get some self knowledge to apply yourself better in future. In the above case, the Chad will either straight-up lie or he will give references to a job that isn't even relevant to the position he's applying for because fuck you. He will go into that interview and even if he fails he fucking tried, he got some valuable experience and will perform better in his next interview.
