>>11074279That's fair. I prefer a solid start and end, and then resolving in 3/4 of the time needed so we have some runway for a dumb screwup or network change or something. I also abhor standups and it's a lot easier to get away with an email or teams message with Waterfall than using SCRUM, in my experience.
I also hate daily updates. If my job can get done by noonthirty I don't want to sit around until 2 for a standup.
