Your not broken/autistic etc. Just stop paying so much attention to what you are doing and focus on the conversation. I'm guessing you have at least a few friends or family members you can talk to and it works OK right? It's because you are not present with the other person and thinking about all the dumb things you might be doing. It's like the "you are now breathing manually" meme. It's easy to breathe until you focus on it. Focus on the other person, not yourself and you have solved 99% of your problem.
