God exists and this truth is readily apparent as through his agents divine intervention is in fact a regular occurrence. Most people are just too material minded to notice it. Malevolent entities have a much more noticeable presence, like they cut deeper through things and stand out sharply. Divine entities instead gently diffuse through ones self and surrounding when they are present becoming part of it without displacing it's essense. They effortlessly push back any darkness in that environment without contest or stuggle. As a result of that difference it is when they are protecting that divine forces become most noticeable. Comparatively speaking demons are scared little bitches, they're like a gnat trying to beat back a hurricane with it's wings. Angels don't really "look" like anything becuase you can't see them with your eyes but their vast presence can be sensed in such a way that great eyes and all encompassing wings suited to enfold surroundings is as good a depiction of that as any I guess. Depecting them as uncanny or human like I suppose depends on if you're trying to represent them through the feeling of their power and how they exist somehow just out of reach of what we can readily perceive like a word on the tip of your tongue or if you're trying to represent the intelligence behind that power and presence which shares in us through the creator the spark of the divine, though theirs is purer than our own and unbound. Both are valid in my opinion but neither really captures what they are.
