I think there's something to be said about going against the grain, though. Without some occasional newblood, things can only stagnate, though they should at least lurk for a while before using a new place. Speaking of, I see people here complaining that there isn't as much oc here anymore, and it makes me wonder if that isn't because they're so rabidly against outsiders, keeping away people with potential.
