I'm not sure if there's a proper categorical distinction as here it's just called "fresh potatoes", but I think they are the summer variation which is different from potatoes from other seasons
I helped out with the herring, mixing it with mustard, brown sugar and vinegar before adding lots of oil and dill to it. Then later I'm doing potato gratin and maybe some strawberry pie. Tho this morning we went to do some shopping to get everything we needed and then some more
