Additionally, if you have ever consumed alcohol you may understand that drug highs are caused by a high enough dose. Adrenaline is already readily consumed by the body due to being an important hormone for a wide range of bodily responses. Rather than waiting for a portion of the adrenaline injection to turn into adrenochrome and waste most of it in cellular uptake (which will also fuck with your high, being fucking adrenaline and all) it is better to inject straight adrenochrome instead, just like how one gets more drunk slamming 10 shots back to back rather than over the course of 24 hours.
