It might give you momentary peace if you need it, but the ship is still sinking...
Besides, these meds are given to patients with trial and error approach, which is complete garbage. You wont even know if its working or not, because there is no way to measure.
I used one before, not only it didnt help, trying to get off it was a nightmare. I had lightnings in my brain anytime i moved my head quickly for six months after.
