Earlier remark was a joke, actually. I just assume it's why every popular free proxy is permabanned. Though the ban message on them usually just says 'due to abuse'.
While I'm not into that sort of thing, I guess I could pretend to be from some other country, since they seem to have added new proxies into the VPN I use.
Not even for shady stuff, Russian government banned a whole bunch of sites, so cucked ISP's don't let you access them directly. A simple proxy/VPN immediately defeats that.
Besides, if I did have 'content' to speak of, I definitely wouldn't be posting it here willy-nilly.
