iirc there was some chinese company making videocards but they were only as good as low end integrated graphics, i think investors are underestimating how much the moat between these chip manufacturers is and even if broadcom makes specialized chips there's no incentive for people outside of google (tensor chips) etc to use these because these are highly specialized and fit for a particular purpose (like a FGPA would be for a CPU)
