When Shinji and Oliver were told to hurl shit onto Tay in the doghouse by Fatty it was fucking Trish that walked up and briefed Tay on the upcoming threat, even though they had literally had a fist fight. TJ would just stand in the room while people were plotting and never inform Tay or Trish it was about to happen. He was just as big of a snake as anyone else via inaction.
