Watched 3 episodes and I don't understand what is supposed to make this special. It's virtually indistinguishable from all the other detective shows except for the Inception gimmick. It isn't animated well and the artstyle lends itself heavily to inconsistency. The music also sucks or at least isn't utilized well. How do they even make the wells? What information are they based on that they can create them for uncaught criminals? How would the Pyrotechnician be ignorant of the fact that he enjoys killing? He's far too complex for being a one-episode character (at least I'm assuming it's all he's going to be) so it just comes off as contrived.
Kabukicho Sherlock was more fun.
