-phones are more expensive there, so if your current one is old, then upgrade it before leaving
-cars are more expensive there, so it might make sense to take one with you. Check how big are import tax before taking it with you though.
-try to relocate further away from European or Ukrainian borders, so if there are more war escalations, you would not be affected. May be Omsk or Yekaterinburg.
- When in Russia, and if asked about war in Ukraine, remain vague like "yes, war is terrible. People dying".
- If asked why you want to move to Russia, don't say that Germany is degrading. Say something which is nice about Russia. May be that you like bears. Then you will not get impression that you are whiner/nagger and will be easier to establish new friendships.
