we could possibly get at a place, see a great building which is already standing and buy it and renovate it on the fly. so we have another spot at a place we would like to stay or would need some more space for something we want to make there or for comfort reasons. we won't do this alone, we will get companies working with us, but we could do the furniture by ourselfes for example while the companies do the electric etc. etc..
