Otherwise you're paying someone to ship and move them into place, cut them out and then do all the supporting work like insulating and finishing.
Timber framing is 100% better. Save your money and instead of wasting it on a rusty metal cuckbox, buy some uncleared land. Then have it cleared, saving the trees and having them milled on site for your timbers. Use said timbers to frame your house, using 40-50% less wood than a traditional stick-build.
Furnish interior with pre-made SIP boards and you have a beautiful home that is actually sturdier than a chinkbox home. Not to mention it's wholesome and not some grotesque post-modernist metal shit looking thing.
Framing a timber home is actually easier and cheaper than one of these shipping container homes.
