But the weight in the elbows-forearm region is not the best feeling. Have never done frontsquats though so, I can't compare it to those.
Depending on your lifestyle latenight lifting is better/easier, you are awake, you are warm. It sure feels different than morninglifting (as in you woke up shortly before).
>>21416631I mean, you don't need to film yourself. You can also "feel" if you are doing it right. You know, the flow of the exercise. How it feels to your joints, if you can go down without any real pain on your joints or pinching/blocking in your hip etc.
