There will be that one person who would fuck everything up. And for communism to really work, everyone must be exactly the same. But human nature says the total opposite.
You cannot have true equality when there's that one person who claims to be your people's "representative".
In short, everyone will be angery and kill each other due to the lack of basic necessities (because resources will be depleted). And it will only work for less than a year (even half a year, depending on size and scale) before spiraling down into total anarchy.
