This might work, install this browser addon:

Then change the prompt to this: yt-dlp --wait-for-video 2 --cookies cookies.txt
https://www.twitch.tv/binxbasiliskAnd if this method doesn't work try the first method but with firefox instead of edge
Also you will need update that cookeis.txt file like every other month
