this is fucking good. This is better than if chaos and orcs had technology. Their already musclebound, the only factions that'd need cybernetic enhancements to compete with them would be the dwarves, humans, and elves (somewhat)
eldar are magical so they're a mix of cybernetics (power armor and other technology) and wielding the corrupting powers of the warp
