First of all, understand that this isn’t your marriage. This is between your father and your mother, with no difference. Your role is in swaying the views of either parent and the court with your testimony and experiences. As such, don’t contact anyone except your father first.
When you contact your father, you need to to everything in your power to prevent him from losing it. Sit him down in private, and ask specifically that he doesn’t lose it for legal reasons, and then show him the video. After that, explain to him why you took the video and tell him what to do legally. Make sure that he doesn’t attack or antagonize your mother. ANY sign of abuse will make the courts sway heavily against your father.
After that, contact a divorce lawyer and hope for the best. It sucks that you have to go through this anon, but hang in there.
