>>9937626the thing is I need a (relatively) plenty of chili for my nose to start being runny and pain being overwhelming (I am still white after all I guess), though I agree that too vast a quantiry of chili masks the other flavours, gradual increase builds up tolerance, and thus capacity for more chilli, so I can practly eat a very spicy food whilst still enjoying the taste... not to mention a lot of supposed health benefits chilli and pepper supposedly have, I don't claim they do, I know for fact they have no negstive repercussions though
