Probably not THAT unpopular, but music's general shift into being made electronically is a good thing for humanity, and electronic music is better for man than physically made music.
Although producing music with DAWs requires less effort (and likely less talent) than using a genuine instrument, the removal of a physical aspect (excluding hotkeys/shortcuts in DAWs) allows the producer to spend more of their energy on perfecting their craft. As music is used heavily to stimulate and improve the brain in various ways, this efficiency created by electronic production will make music less of a sport and more of a science, and the smartest of producers can create tracks that stimulate the mind deeper and more efficiently, resulting in music being more impactful on the listener, as well as the competitive side of the industry being more based on actual cognitive abstraction than "my finger is harder than yours."
