Stop doing thimgs thay trigger smoking...for me was drinking, coffee. Curb cravings with sugar free gum and carrots. Stop hanging out with smokers- they will always try to pull you back. Cravings will be with you for a long time. Dont waste money on nicotine gum, or meds..cold turkey is the only way..break free. Good Luck
