>>15813538No it isn't even about how to play and it doesn't has much lore. It has stats and rules for units, weapons and different legions themselves. There's 3 book, main one about how to play a game and 2 with army lists, 1 for traitor legions and another for loyalists. I might get main one in future. 40k rulebooks are pretty different, since each faction has their own, it has some lore and art. 30k used to have "campaign" books, it was mostly lore with rules for bunch of different stuff they added for different legions.
