Personally I wouldn't go under 8 gigs of ram minimum, even on my ancient toaster, but since you aren't gaming I suppose it isn't an issue. Other than that I can't condone the use of windows 10, but I somehow doubt that you had much of an option there, so I can't hold it against you. Probably will want to get more memory eventually, but for now it should be fine.
Only other thing I can really comment on is that I didn't know that they still made computers that use PS/2 ports. It says it has a mouse and keyboard included, but you might have some trouble replacing them if they break.
