Unless she got down into a crawl and was practically laying in front of the truck he should have easily seen her. clearly she was already a good 20-30 feet in front of the truck when it started moving given how far the truck traveled before you can tell the driver became aware he hit something. this is a very clear cut case of a distracted driver not paying attention to what is right in front of him. this isn't even debatable. anyone saying otherwise is completley retarded and apperantly can't view reality without chimping out because "omg I hate whamens!!!"
