Cause the Fed is repeating the same shit they did in december when they released a "dovish" dotplot with 3 cuts for 2024, that the market interpreted as 6 cuts. This time is the difference that they'll likely not back off of this plan. The market expects a rise in inflation like in Q1-2 2024.

If they were not somewhat panicking, they'd do 2-3 cuts this year and 3-4 next year. Something in between what they intended in december and what they thought they'd do in june. Inflation is still higher than what they thought in december when they expected less cuts on a weaker GDP. The risk for higher unemployment must be really high for them to switch around this aggressively. They just don't want a recession. Stagflation is fine for them.
