Summoned it by shocking/surprising the universe with something that should be impossible. or was it highly improbable? Anyways bowser and peach confessing their false love was able to create enough shock that it allowed the chaos heart in.
I guess the best way to describe it, is that count bleck found a bug in the code that allowed corrupted data to be created. Corrupted data that would start corrupting all the other lines of code until it's all unusable or crashes.
I know Silent hill had something similar where they tried bring god to the world through some horrific ritual.
But don't mind me I'm just a schizo that tends to ramble when I see connections.
