Some are marriage proposals, some contain challenges from would be rivals, and some are pages of gibberish covered in mystery fluids.
At first glance the letter sitting atop today's pile of fan mail appears to be an example of the latter category, but Noire knows a cryptogram when she sees one.
She quickly deciphers the message, it reads as follows...
