Basically, the druggie MtF tried to start a sexual relationship with a retarded lady and convinced her that she was a happening, cool lesbian. None of this is technically illegal but people were so disgusted at how the troon was manipulating the retarded lady they gave the MtF "a hard time which changed her mind".
I saw a decent chunk of it. It was disgusting beyond words and, IMO, just as bad as a pedo with a kid. MtF fucking predator. I'm sure they're off somewhere else, praying on someone who nobody will stand up for.
