usually i have horrible problems falling asleep but the headset is probably coming early on tomorrow and i'll need to wake up a bit earlier than i usually would to take my sister to work anyway, so it was a good opportunity to try anyway.
coming close to actually feeling like i have agency over my sleep schedule for once only for it to be thwarted by stomach pain and bad poops is really frustrating.

to be fair with this particular symptom i'm pretty sure i have a genetic disposition to it. my parents both also have also suffered from heartburn for a long time, though they drink exorbitant amounts of coffee. like 2-3 pots a day each.
my sister also has some lesser problems with it though and she doesn't drink basically any soda or coffee.
my teeth and sleep have absolutely gotten fucked by soda though and even the latter still hasn't completely recovered months.
