Predatory cults/people forming around Christianity would be a problem. The Japanese have little experience with Christianity so they'd be easily mislead. Especially when Japan's number #1 societal belief is: "If it's not hurting anyone violently or disturbing society, then it's okay."
I wouldn't be surprised if the Japanese would start having Christian orgies.
