The Empress is well-connected, and if they have places like the Rhino Range here, then surely there are ways that they can harvest the horns. She pulls the Empress into another quick, tight hug and grins at her.
Practically bouncing in place with excitement, Colby takes another moment or two to admire the gift, then hands it off to a servant with instructions to take it to a secure location where Colby can get it after the party. Then she takes the Empress by the hand.
