There's certain stuff I can do, like turning my head towards something, grabbing something, or getting down from a bus, but it's not really God-like full control over everything and anything. I can't uproot a tree with my bare hands, turn a cat into a dog, or some stairs into a space ship.
I don't think I've ever had perfectly lucid dreams, even though I have had "Well, this doesn't quite make sense."-type dreams.
Occasionally I have had third perspective dreams too, usually in the form of something I'm seeing on TV or that I'd read about somewhere.
