The second shot would've only affected her right arm and would not pose much threat of mortality
The first gunshot, however, being in the Thoracic Aorta would be almost guaranteed to kill the girl as gunshots there have a 92% mortality rate
So the second gunshot really wasn't much use to person behind the gun here, but the first would have killed her from blood loss most likely
