I think the kind of people who'd like to see a spider getting cummed on would do it because they like the idea of a spider getting into a huge puddle of a sticky liquid that they couldn't easily get out of. They'd like to think of the spider as being in pain as a sort of compensation for all of the evil they've done unto all of the other small bugs, worms, etc. that they've killed before.
In contrast, an anime girl's face would make the spider look pitiful and in pain. It would make the viewer feel bad for not being able to help the poor spider as it was being tortured by a much larger human being.
