I had the same with my brother, he refused any form of hug etc. we fought a lot, but we didn't think bad of each other. How different we were (and are) has never been important. I consider you lucky that you have her, I always wanted a cute little sister, but well, I've never got one. But that's no reason to be sad, I am glad for what I do have.
Maybe something very terrible happened or is happening to you, how would I know, but even if, care more about what is good in life than what is... not as nice, about what you have instead of what you have not. Moments of sadness and melancholy are just as essential in our journey as those of joy, delight. It is you who choose which one will you prefer.
