The ultimate goal of everyone on /sig/, assuming you're not going to live in a cabin in the woods, is to fire your boss. Self employment/entrepreneurship is the final redpill. Entrusting your entire livelihood to a (likely jewish) boss is probably the worst mistake one could make.
Of course the world needs employees, but anything you can do as an employee can also be done as a freelancer. It's a lot more work but damn is it worth it.
