Here's my big tip: the sadness, shame, guilt, self-loathing you feel about this is a STRONGER spiritual attack than the lust itself, and you need to fortify yourself against this despair more than anything else; it's the sadness and despair that keeps you addicted, more than the pleasure itself.
The demons feed on your negative energy. The reason they are pushing you in this direction is to fill you with self-hatred and to drive you into loneliness and away from true intimacy. Do NOT fall into the trap of self-loathing no matter what happens, or how bad it gets. Trust me it's far worse than even the habit itself. Say the prayers.
