Whenever I have the chance to post a picture of a female i try to use one thats barefoot. and at work and other places when women take off their shoes at work I tell them its alright. But shoes are still needed in the freezing winter here or they will get frost bite and lose their feet.
But I think women wearing shoes should just be a little less, sometimes shoes can make them look better like oxford heels
